IntroductionB.P. Koirala is among those few leaders of the world who have been successful in keeping a name in the world of politics as well as in literature. In Nepali literature B.P is the first writer to have introduced human psychology through literature. His works are filled with the state of the human mind in different situations. B. P's works have also explored the sexual psychology. His story collection "Doshi Chasma" is a classic example of how he has tried o explain the human mind in different situations. All of B.P Koirala's works have been written while he was in jail during different periods both in the Rana regime as well as the Panchayat regime.
